Yearly expenses

 

The prices in India for Dhal (lentils), Rice and especially for Vegetables increased a lot. Dhal costs now (2011) more than the double than in the beginning of 2009. The price of potatoes increased around four times during this period!

In 2009 we expended 450 Euro, two years later we spend for the same quantity and same good quality 600 Euro for one month service.......

 

 

  Expenses for the Year 2011 :   Total: 475.000 Rs-   (7.200 Euro)

 

 1)  4 tons Basmati Rice (4000kg)                  =78.000 Rs.-   (= 1.200 Euro)

 

 2)  3 Varieties of Lentils (Chana dal, Urad dal

         and Toor dal)

      Oil, Gee (Butterfat), Spices, Salt   

                          per month:  10.700 Rs.- x12 = 128.400 Rs.- (= 1980 Euro)

 

 3)  Fresh Vegetables, Fruit`s in Summertime

      Gas for the Kitchen, Donas ( bowl`s made

      of Bananaleaf`s), Cleaning Utensil`s, Salery for the cook (2.000 Rs.-)  

 

                          per month:  20.200 Rs.- x12 = 242.400 Rs.- (= 4020 Euro)

 

 

 In the year 2011 the monthly cost`s where around 600 Euro for the morning

 and evenig distribution as well as for the food in the Ashram.

 The Daily cost`s are 20 Euro.

3)  Basmati Rice                                   = 9.375Rs-  x12=  112.500Rs-

                                                           (=140 Euro)x12  =1.680 Euro

 and evenig distribution as well as for the food in the Ashram.

We have eight hours kirtan in the temple every day. In this way, we help poor womans and widows who are coming to play and sing, to have a secure income. The cost`s are 8.000Rs (135 Euro) for one month.
